Sparmax TC-501arc air compressor

This is the US type so it mean it run on 110-120V and if you are staying in a place where they use 240v like me then you need to get a step-down transformer.

they also give you a pressure gauge with a knob to adjust the psi and a moisture trap.

beside from that they also give you a curly horse.

The Step-down transformer that i use.

i got the compressor from the lucky model and the transformer from a local electrical shop.

this box say it is super silent but that does not mean it is total silent as it will still produce a small tatata sound when it charge the airtank.

1/144 FA-93 HWS Gundoom Part 1

This will be my 1st MC model in here. I got this kit for $60 Bnd from a friend.

This kit when you first open it the color is flat matt and not a bit glossy like the bandai kit but the overall plastic is ok. The manual may be a bit confusing on some part but if you do gunpla then you might guess how it work, if not you might have a kit with opposite part.

if you are the type to fell trap by the box art of the kit then it might get you excited with the picture of it holding 2 rifle or 2 canon truth to be told there is only 1 set of each in the box. so if you planing to do the pose like in the picture art then you need to get 2 set of this

Obitsu Optional Hand set

i found this in one of KL hobby shop, Time Machine.

It is the optional hand part for Obitsu body. This set come with 3 pair of hand.

i got this hand part for my Azone Yuki doll and yes Obitsu hand part fit in my Azone Yuki but only when i m back to Brunei i notice that i bought the wrong skin tone.

Faskolor testing

i test the color on 2 type of runner a grey and a white runner.

this is how the color look like when it is not in the bottle.

first up is the Faspearl Razberry on the white runner.

with the flash on (i did not apply the paint properly as this is just a test)

Faskolor is the color that i recently got for testing. you can get this paint from Guan hock lee and it cost about $12BND per bottle.

Fasglow. it is a glow in the dark paint.

Faspearl Razberry. it is the pearl color.

Gundam Pencil

I never use gundam pencil before and this is my first time using it. I got myself the Replacement lead.

The problem i have is that when i want to buy the pencil it self, it was finish. so being me i go look for an alternative to the gundam pencil and i found a cheaper solution.

The pencil it self cost about $4.XX. where else the gundam pencil from GSI http://www.hlj.com/product/GNZGP01 can cost approx about $19 to $20 like that including the shipment. I test put in the lead in the pencil and it work like a charm.

Then i test it out on my gundam wing leg part and here is what i got.

Compare between lining with the pencil and no panel lining at all.

The end result is not bad good for giving shading to your kit but you can only use at the light color part as the dark color part you can’t see the lining.

Experimental: RJ London Anti corrosion Primer on Plamo runner

Since i was bore i got my self some hardware primer and test it out on unwanted plamo runner. Below is how it look like.

This is how the runner look like after been spray with this.

The runner is original color is red and you can still some red on the runner as i just give it a thin coat. After that i test layering some other paint on top. From gold enamel to orange acrylic to green florescent acrylic. This is how it look like after dry.

DIY painting clip

i was in the stationary shop few week ago to get some material for my project than i saw this hiding in some basket with some other art and craft stuff.

it is selling for $1.50ea. In 1 packet they give you 6 clip which is made from wood. without thinking i go grab my self 3 packet which in total give me 18 clip if my math's did not fail me that is lol.

Then i went to a hardware shop to get my self some metal wire or what ever you call it.

The metal wire cost me around $2 which in total with the clip is all together $6.50. After all this all i need is a small masking tape which you can get for $1ea.

and the end result i get something like this.

or if you don’t have the metal wire you can use the so call stay stick.

Compare to the metal wire the satay stick can’t be bent. Below is how the metal wire in action.

Baby Gundam 131 Hadou Musha Mazaku part 1

It been a while since i post some BB kit here so here is 1 now. got this kit for a while now and only a few week ago decide to build them and until now only this 2 are finish.

Here are the 2 kit that i already finish.

1st up is the bb in red. His weapon of choice is a sword.

The back side i don’t know how it look like so i just paint it like that.

Next up is the bb in blue and gold and he carry a spear for a weapon.

for this guy it look like a bug lol.

Tamiya Light-curing putty

It say cure fast when expose to light but i haven’t try it yet so i m not so sure.

The warning and feature on the box.

In the small box you will get 1 tube of putty, 1 small black bag and 1 instruction manual.

It is said that it is better to use this putty under indirect light and store the tube in the black bag and put it away from light source.

Tamiya Paint Retarder(Acrylic)

The retarder is use to mix with the color to prevent the paint to dry faster so it will enable you to get a smooth finish and will not give that spider web effect. Each bottle contain 40ml of liquid.

Finally out of my laziness i go and post this. This time it is the figma of Mirai the mascot Danny Choo culture japan. i got this from the local shop ch-toynation when it arrive to the shop but was lazy to post it .

first of all this is the box that it is pack in.

If you use the Di stage then inside box they give you the Di stage base design.

from the picture above you can see they give a few accessory for this figma. the first up is the laptop for the figma.

the next 1 is the camera.

they also give you the figma stand which is a standard for all figma but there is 1 thing that disappointed me is the lack of additional hand. They only give 2 additional hand well minus the 2 from the camera and the handkerchief.

Well here is the figma it self.

There is 1 thing that scare me to put this figma in my bag with my other figma when i go out is the pointy hair.

why is that so well because it can easily break with a little bit of force.

i will try to do some more shot when i m not lazy haha but until then this end here lol

Diorama base

Well this is my first time doing something like this and something was in my head so i decide to try it out and it turn out something like this.

Well the white m grey stuff is actually putty. it is not the putty that people use for fixing they toys but the putty people use to fix the crack on the wall or make the wall smooth. the one i use is from the picture below.

From the thing i made i try using Ransack on it.

The putty haven't actually fully dry so i left the painting for tomorrow after it fully dry.

Another TF kit here and this time is Ransack from Takara Tomy. The Articulation on this kit is a bit better then my first TF kit but it is a bit smaller. Then again for a BND$9.00 kit i m not complaining.

well this is a first for me to post a Transformer Kit here as i don’t collected it. It is not that i hate Transformer but i was never into collecting them, but why the sudden change of heart well one thing for sure it got nothing to do with the movie it is just that i got bore and want to try some thing new that all.

well back to this kit. it is made by Hasbro and not from takara tomy and i was told that this is a real basic kit with really less articulation. i got it from CH-Toynation for a BND $9 and plus i m a TF kit noob so i don’t mind starting small lol.

the picture i will make it into 2 part in this post the before and after. what is the different? well it is basically before picture is the photo i take when i take the kit out of the box and the after picture is the photo i take after i add something to the kit.

RG Strike Rouge W.I.P 1

if you are wandering if there is any RG strike Rouge then the answer is currently there is no RG strike Rouge yet that is make by bandai. Then why the hell did i put RG strike rouge at the title? well it is because the kit i got is a RG Alie Strike and i paint it to become strike rouge hope that clear everything off before i put the picture below.

ok so far i only manage to finish the bottom part of the kit still got a long way to go lol.

and to proof it is a RG kit and not the HG 1/144 strike rouge kit i attach the leg to the inner frame.

Next is the waist part of the kit. the picture below i took off the upper inner frame as i cant paint the part with them attach.

just in case the picture show the part look like white well it is not actually white but a very light pink.

Baby Gundam #359 Ryoutou Gundam

i got this out of a boredom and finish assembling it at the local shop that i got this kit haha. it is only after a few week later that i start to paint some of the part.

so here how it is after i finish paint it.

From the forth picture you can see there is still gap there will go back and fix it when i don’t feel lazy hahaha.

Now for the weapon part. it is also the reason why i like to collect the 3 kingdom Baby Gundam. For this kit they only give you two weapon, a tooth pick beam saber and a spear.

you can also combine the beam saber with the spear to form a 3rd weapon.

Now for the usual random shot.

As usual the last part of the post is what i don’t like or feel need an improvement on the kit. So far there is only 1 thing i feel it need improvement on this kit and that is the arm articulation. I know baby Gundam articulation is not that great compare to the HG 1/144 kit but this is like a FG gundam kit which you can only move at the shoulder part and none at the elbow. So far from all the Baby gundam i collected only 1 of them got the arm articulation that i feel should be implement on the other baby gundam and that is the

Figma Yuki Nagato Evil Witch Ver.

First up i like to thank Zul from Diamond Toys for willing to sell me this figma to me. he also selling other figma on his blog so just check it out.

Now i kind of regret i did not get it when it was release but luckily i got the figma yuki nagato the normal version that time if not i still need to hunt for it haha.

i think the different with this and the normal is the fact she don't have glasses and the jacket on her. so she will be in her white school uniform.

BB Shin Gouka Shouretsutei Ryuusou Ryuubi Gundam

This so far is the expensive BB Gundam i got in my collection. with 4k yen before shipment at HLJ (though i got mine at the local toyshop here in Brunei) unlike the rest of the BB Gundam which cost about 400Yen or so also before shipment. With the price different you would think why did i get this in the first place. well with the price like that of cause there is some thing in this kit that make it special and that is what i m about to show here.

first up that is noticeable about this kit is well, just see below it will explain everything lol.

see what i mean, now here he is compare to the 1/100 shin musha

if some how you still did not notice this kit with the other bb kit then i will just say it here it is HUGE!! lol. The other thing you need to know is that the eye are changeable. yes changeable, Bandai give you 2 eye sticker that you need to stick on the part and the eye can be change with a knob at the back of his head so no part swapping is needed.

hope you can see the eye different, one is the normal looking eye and the other one is the serious eye. The other thing about his head part is the mouth or the mask part or what ever you call it is moveable with the knob at the back of his head also.

Other thing that set this kit better then the normal bb kit is that this kit got some articulation on the arm and leg part but Don’t expect the articulation like the HG gunpla kit.

From the picture above you can see that the knee part can be bend a bit unlike the normal BB kit which is not bendable. the Toe part is also bendable to give you more of the action pose for this kit. On the upper part of it body, the finger is moveable but only 3 finger (the thumb, index and middle finger) and the other 2 finger is fixed. The arms movement is better then the normal BB kit and more action pose is possible.

Now here is the front, side and back shot.

What i like about this kit beside it is huge and got articulation, is the fact you can put the 2 sword at it back when you use the 3rd sword (i don’t know about you but for me it make it more detail to the kit and i don’t need to find a place to keep the additional sword.

The Wing on it back can be open and close.

Now some random picture of this Kit.

Well that is the good side of the story now for the other side of the story which is the bad story.

first up is of cause the size is big. why big is bad? well not bad for all but for some people who have limited space this kit will eat up some of that space especially when that wing is fully open.

The Second thing is that the armor is heavy and you will have a stability problem for it to stand straight. that is the reason why you see the hobby knife at it leg on the above picture. The way to solve that is to use the Bandai action base but again if you have limited space it can cause problem again as the action base will also eat your space up.

The third and last problem i found and face is the armor part. This problem i face is not only for this kit but also for some of the BB kit. The problem is that some of the armor part may get in the way when you try to do some action pose, for this kit it is the dragon head on it shoulder with the gold part of the helmet and the wing at the back.

If you can ignore all that problem then this kit is a nice kit and if you feel like getting it then below is a link to the HLJ.

Azone 1/6 Ninja Costume

i m on a Gunpla break so i though of trying something new and that where my Yuki come in. Like i say last time it is the first but not the last, so i go and buy some costume for her while thinking who should i get next.

Why a ninja costume for Yuki? well it is because she got purple hair like one of my favorite ninja from dead or alive “Ayane”. ok no more introduction and let get to the costume.

The Picture i took is with out the plastic covering the costume (because i can’t wait and open it at the shop after i pay for it lol)

After this you know what will happen hahaha.

1/6 Azone Yuki Nagato

This will be the first Azone stuff in here but will not be the last for sure haha. Found her in the local shop CH-Toynation behind the new pvc box. After all this year i though someone had bought it but lucky for me it is still there and got a good price for a discontinue item.

For me this is just like a big figma with exchangeable dress and soft hair. The dress is made of cloth and not pvc so if it is dirty you can put it in the washing machine lol. The other accessory they give you with this doll is the witch hat, the cape, 2 extra hand and the magic wand.

The picture below is just a random picture taken. If you are wandering how big she is, it is actually about 27cm tall. you can see below how big it is compare to a figma.

The guitar in the picture does not belong with the doll as they did not give the guitar. The one in the picture is actually a guitar lighter but to make sure it did not burn my doll i remove the lighter inside the guitar.

1/100 Durandal Valkyrie Sheryl Version

This model is actually the same from the alto version. Bandai also reuse the manual from alto version on this kit. The only different is the color is now in blue and gold theme unlike alto version which is red and white theme. The cost of the kit is also higher compare to the alto version.

So by now if you are thinking what do i get for paying extra for this kit if it is almost the same as the alto version. well the extra cost is for the extra marking inside and also the extra paper they print to show you where to put the extra marking lol. So if you put up the extra marking then you can see it is different from the alto version.

1/100 YF-29 DURANDAL Valkyrie Alto Custom

so this is my first Macross stuff post for this year 2011. This kit is easy to build as there are only 3 runner and most of the part are big part. it just take a few hour to finish building this kit. The part are pre-painted but you still need to paint the pilot and the cockpit of this kit.

There are also some sticker in this kit to give the extra detail, though i was hopping they would give the water slide decal also like the 1/72 model kit but there are none only the marking sticker is included.

This kit do come with they own special stand for display.

ok then let get to the kit it self.

This is the size different with the Bandai 1/144 and this Bandai 1/100 kit.

Now with the Bandai 1/72 macross kit.

Now with the Hasegawa 1/72 kit.

so in a nutshell if you use to work with Hasegawa 1/72 Macross kit you will feel this kit is kind of small, where else if you use to the 1/72 macross kit from Bandai then you will feel this kit is only a bit smaller.

if you only touch gunpla kit only then this kit from front to back is about the tall of 1/100 gundam.

since the local shop CH-Toynation re-open at a new branch and i was bore and feel to do a gunpla so i decide to get 1 gunpla and this guy caught my attention.

if you notice the panel line is a bit messy that is because this is my first time using panel washing method as i was always lazy to do it and just use the gundam marker to panel line my gunpla.

did i change any thing on this kit? well yes i just change the yellow part to gold and so far that all i change if i m not wrong lol.

the hrairoo body to me is kind of unique well it is just me though lol.

next is the arm part.

next part is with the weapon as i only manage to fix up the body part only rite now.

CH-Toynation soft opening

here is a few shot of the new shop of CH-Toynation, though the shop is still not yet 100% complete but at least you can still shop there.

the internal area, you might notice the shelf from the old shop because they are from the old shop but they did modified it to fit in the new shop.

there are also some new cabinet in the new shop.

to the people who love star wars light saber, bleach katana, naruto katana or just love to collect any katana then you are in luck as the store have them thought you better be fast as the katana is like a hot cake better get your today. the katana itself is made of wood so you cant shop some one head off lol and the stand is sold separately.

ah mini 4WD it use to be famous last time over here though now i did not see anyone play it here anymore. The one i have is just for collection purpose only.

Figma Yoshika Miyafuji

at last my figma arrive lol. this time she is from the 501st joint fighter wing Strike witch. it is non other than miyafuji her self or should i say sargent Miyafuji as that is her rank.

now i got her i m beginning to wander if they will be figma of Lynette, Mio (not K-on mio), Sanya, Eila, Lucchini, Perrine, Hartmann, Charlotte, Barkhorn and Minna. if they they do make the rest of the witch then i might get them all hahaha.

ok not more off topic, back to the figma.

Extra hair with ear and tail. Both is for when she use her power either to heal or when she use the striker unit.

Extra torso. This is basically use when you want to use the striker unit and the leg got no articulation on the extra part.

this is when her power is activate. so her furry ear and tail will pop up.

So far i love this figma but there is one problem i don’t like and that is the tail part. It some time keep falling when you try to do the pose or stuff. well i can super glue that part from keep falling but i will loss the tail articulation and i can pose her with out the tail.

Hope the next Strike witch figma they make they will make improvement on the tail part.

Cutie Girl Figure Fresh Color Set

so here is the second post for this year lol. this time it is not figure but some tool for it or should i say some color for it lol. this is basically paint for your PVC figure or if you are doing some garage kit then this might come in handy. i got this color set because i was planning for some thing but i m still lazy to do it hahaha.

the color set is from Kaiyooo and mr.color and they give some paper or manual for how to apply the paint which you require if this is the first time you are doing this kind of thing.

so ok the below picture is the box that hold the paint.

i prefer the cute girl side of the box than this side lol.

inside the box is the paint and the piece of paper.

in one set there are four paint and for one figure skin tone you need two kind of paint. the first color is the dark kind of color which you need it for the base, meaning that color is apply first. after the first color is dry then you need to apply the light color to make the skin tone nicer. all of this you can find in that piece of paper.

first up is the carrot oreange (not typo that is what it is label on the bottle but my guess they were carrot orange lol)

then it is the milky peach. the name remind me of milky homes.

the next one is coral pink.

the last color is the pale oreange. again this is not typo but that is what it is call or label on the bottle but i just call it pale orange.

Baby #338 Shuutai Gundam Part 2

first of all i would like to say happy new year to all my friend and to all the people that read this lol.

so this is the continued of part 1 but this time he got his weapon and me drinking tea while typing this lol.

first up is his two lance or some call it spear.

on the handle you might notice that the two don’t look identical as one of them got some wing like design and the other don’t have any design at all.

the two lance can be combine to become a double blade long lance and according to the manual it is call ZhouDaoQiang.

the last form of the lance is the combination of one of the lance with the two blade from his shoulder. if some of you think it is just for decoration then you are mistaken as the blade is usable. once again according to the manual here it say that when it is combine it is call ZhouDaoShiZiGangQiang.

after i finish taking all the picture here i forgot to take the picture of the armor in action as the armor can be combine to make some thing as i m sleepy now so i will not take the picture. i might make part 3 just to show the armor in action or i might just skip it. well we just have to wait and see then hahaha.

P.S the first picture on this post actually been edit with a picture editor to give that pencil look.

Baby #338 Shuutai Gundam part 1

the last Baby gundam for this year 2010 and for the last one it is Shuutai Gundam. he was serving under the sun Family and was said that his armor bears 12 scars that he receives when he cover an attack for Sonken.

the reason why i put this as part 1 is because i forgot got take picture of the weapon so will do it in next post. you might also notice the gold color i use here is different the the one i use on my other baby gundam and i kind of like this gold better. i don't know you can see it in the picture but this gold is actually shiny. i maybe will post what color i use for the gold after the part 2 of this post.

1:12 Suzuki GSX-R 600

first of all i would like to say thank to David for this early xmas gift

this is the die cast model from a company call maisto. they got a few kind of product and this Suzuki bike is from the Assembly Line product.

As the name say it all, you need to assemble the bike your self but if you think oh boy need cement and paint again like the Tamiya model kit don’t worry as this one is pre painted and the assembly is only a simple assembly only need a few screw and can be done in 10min or so.

it come with a nice box which you can open the front part to see the part with out opening the whole box.

as you can see the part is mostly a big part and they are so nice to even to give you a screwdriver to screw the part together. when it is taken out of the box it look some thing like this.

first part is the bike Frame. they give you the detail also like the meter so you no need to add the decal manually.

then next is the gas tank.

then you can combine both part to make it look some thing like this.

next is the seat part.

this is what it look like combine.

After that is the rear break light and also the number plate.

once again after it been assemble.

let put that part a side first then let get the chain part out.

next part is the rear tire with the hydraulic disc. as for the rear tire it use the Single hydraulic disc 220mm disc (you need to down scale it to 1:12) the disc you see here is the wrong one as i lazy to retake the picture but the final assembly the disc has been corrected.

then you need to put the tire with the chain part together.

next is the engine part of the bike. you do remember i say than no paint is require, well for this part it is optional as i feel it can use a bit of silver to some of the detail.

then you combine the engine part with the chain part with a spring for the rear suspension and it become some thing like this.

then you put this part with the part early before this and it become some thing like the next picture.

now it look a bit like a bike already but it still missing a few part. that is where the bike body come in.

so just put the body with the part just now and you will get that almost finish bike look.

now all that is missing is the front tire. without it is a unicycle and not a bike lol. the front tire come with a 310mm dual hydraulic disc.

then the tire is attach to the front suspension.

then finally attach the suspension to the bike and attach the handle bar and there you got a bike.

with a 599cc engine this is a nice ride also and yuki like it also and she is taking it for a ride lol. as for me i actually like the Suzuki GSX 1300R Hayabusa, it cost about BND $20+K maybe one of this day will have to $$ got get one hahaha.

Gundam GP03 part 2

so now i finish with the last part on this Gundam. Now it is finish i want to give it a name “the Crow”. why i choose that name, well one of the reason gundam is dark in color with a black but the main reason i call it that i will tell later. forget to mention on part 1, if you see any brush line on this gundam that is because all the full body of this gundam has been painted on a paint brush.

As for the last part that have not been assemble on part 1, if you still haven’t notice what it is well it is the following part.

well as for the other main reason why i call it “The Crow” got something to do with that part. below is what it become after i assemble the last part.

Notice anything different? lol i got that inspiration from the gundam wing EW version. if you think oh poor wing gundam have his wing clip and put on this guy, well think again. what you saw above is not part from wing gundam but is made from my 0.3mm plaplate. so now it got a black wing on it back and that is why i call it “the crow” hahaha.

if you think won’t the wing get in the way since i add a few length on it. well since it is made from a 0.3mm plaplate so it is flexible. see the example below.

as the picture show the feather that i made is flexible so it should be ok.

Baby Gundam #319 Rikuson Zeta Plus

Rikuson Zeta Plus who is base on Lu Xun in the 3 kingdom and from gundam side well you guess it zeta plus. this kit even though it cost the same price as the rest of the baby gundam series, this one got a bit of extra feature. Though i was hopping the arm part would be like the Ryuuhou Gundam but sadly it is not. oh well just enjoy the picture below then.

i dont know what this is maybe a swallow. in any case i will call it a swallow as it look like one.

that swallow can also be combine to the armor part.

same like the armor swallow can be combine with the spear

the backpack can also be combine with the swallow to make a big swallow.

if you combine it with the whole body you can get a even bigger swallow or should i say phoenix. before i go into the phoenix mode i will highlight some thing about the leg, or should i saw show it.

baby gundam #337 Ryuuhou Gundam

this is my 3rd last baby gundam i got from KL last time, still got 2 more haven't assemble. this time it is a young knight name Ryuuhou Gundam, it stated that Ryuuhou excels in martial art and he hold high spirit. he also forms a team little dragon with Guan ping and Zang Bao. he also is a son-in-law of Lie Bei.

ok enough intro.

if you were wandering, yes i paint the dragon armor teeth lol

now with the stick name Ji Xuan Feng Gun or so it stated here in the manual

now with the 2 sword name Shuan Long Yan Yue Dao once again i got the name from the manual.

the Shuan Long Yan Yue Dao and the Ji Xuan Feng Gun (so long the weapon name) can be combine into 1 to make a long sword or what i like to call double blade spear lol. when it is combine it got different name call Shuan Long Ji Feng Zhang Dao. by now you probably know where i got the name of the weapon lol.

if you were wandering why this baby gundam look small, well actually it is smaller than the other baby gundam.

even though it is smaller but this baby gundam arm articulation is better than the other baby gundam thus can do a bit more action pose then the other.

1/72 VF-25F Armored Messiah Valkyrie Alto Custom Gerwalk Mode

so here is the continued from the fighter mode, now it is Gerwalk mode. it is one of the mode before the battroid mode. due to the heavy part on the wing this kit require additional part to keep it hanging if not the you will have a plane with broken wing due to the wing cant support the part during gerwalk mode.

this plane sure does not lack of firepower. this picture remind me of wing gundam for some reason.

the battroid will do next time as some part was not assemble.

1/72 VF-25F Armored Messiah Valkyrie Alto Custom Fighter Mode

so here it is, at last the armored messiah from the Macross Frontier. This is a gift from Vicky and it has been assemble by her in person. as for what i did on this kit? well let just say i just did the final touch on it hahaha.

For my opinion, compare to the other valkyrie from macross frontier anime i would say this one have the most firepower. With Two HMM-5A Mobile Remmington micro-missile CIWS launcher pod mounted on the chest and shoulders in Battroid mode with 4 CIWS micro-missile launcher pods (20 micro-missiles in each chest launcher, and 38 micro-missiles in each shoulder launcher). Four Remmington Close Range Micro-missile Launcher Pod Double Loaded Type, mounted on the legs, 2 launchers on each leg, 2 sets of missiles per launcher, 16 missiles per launcher. Two Howard 15-tube 200 mm anti-armor high-initial velocity rocket launcher pod mounted on the rocket pods on the main wings and are mounted fore of the fuselage in fighter mode. Four ROV-22 22mm beam machine guns. Two Otto/Sentinel 57mm anti-warship anti-air rapid fire swiveling beam turret.

1/72 SV-51y Nora type

here is my first Hasegawa Plamo kit. got this 1/72 scale plamo kit from HLJ last time during a sale and i though this is going to be a snap fit plamo kit like the Bandai plamo kit, well i was wrong took me some time to finish it but finally it is done yeah!!.

if you like me who haven’t touch a Hasegawa macross kit before then here is what to get ready with beside the basic tool from the nipper and cutter like that.

make sure you ready your cement and a lot of it. not the cement that is use to make your house ah lol.

Beside from that you need some paint, the bottle paint and not the spray can one as some color need to be mix. As for brand of paint use any one you like. it is not like you can use only one brand of paint lol. but do take note Mr.hobby paint cant be mix with Tamiya paint, i try it before and the mixture cant be use at all hahaha.

when got bottle paint and need mixing of paint then off cause you need the dripping pan, mixing plate or what ever you call it.

But i use the one for water color. it is cheaper and can get it almost anywhere.

after most of the item there off cause you need brush, either paint brush or air brush if you have it. for me i just use hand brush as i don't have any air brush.

thinner is also needed for mixing the paint and also for washing your brush.

then you will need water for the water slide decal.

this is optional Mr.hobby settler and Mr.softener. it is good to have but it is ok even you don't have it.

last but not lease you need time to make this hahaha.

ok back to the plamo kit. this is the SV-51Y that is being pilot by Nora Polyansky from the anime Macross Zero. this kit is not a transformable unlike the VF-25 by Bandai so you can only display it as Fighter mode. despite no transformable in this kit the kit detail is actually nice. wish Bandai will make the three mode of this SV-51Y. if you are getting this kit be ready for water slide decal a lot also well not as much as katoki ver gunpla but still a lot lol.

so here she is the SV-51Y Nora

the cockpit glass can be close.

size comparison between Bandai 1/72 macross kit and Hasegawa 1/72 macross kit. it look like Hasegawa kit is a bit bigger and longer.

Yuki: why her name Kasumi?? well why it is because the body is Tsukasa body but Kagami face and Kagami is eldest than Tsukasa so “KA” is from Kagami and “SU” is from Tsukasa(since “Tsu” sound almost like “SU”). so when KA and SU is combine the only name he can come out is Kasumi lol.

i really need a good lighting. note to self buy a fricking table lamp sigh

Figma Fate T. Harlaown Barrier Jacket

so here is my second daughter Fate T.Harlaown from nanoha striker s series.

they will give you additional face and hair so you can change them when ever you like.

they will also give you additional eight hand for for you to change them when ever you like. out of the eight four is for left hand and other other four is for the right hand.

they give you two type of handle for the weapon. one is a long rod another one is the short rod.

they also give you three type of weapon to attach to the rod.

when the weapon is attach to the rod this is what it look like.

some part can be open to make it lighter and give it a better articulation. one of the thing that cant be open is her white cape.

when want to insert the figma stand on her with the cape on you need to insert it with the cape so it don't move around.

there is a few problem i face with this figma maybe due to manufacture lack in QC well that what happen some time when buying a mass production figure or any other stuff for that matter. out of 100 there bound to be 1 or 2 that got this problem.

one of the major problem i face is the a broken hand joint on her left arm. it seem like the joint was weak so a little bit force was apply to it then some thing like the picture below happen.

another problem that i face is the loose part on her waist but that can be easily fix with a white glue.

beside the 2 problem there is 1 more that i think every one who got her will face is the sword is heavy for her to carry in one hand.

well that all for now. waiting for my 3rd daughter this november hahaha

Baby #301 Chouhi Gundam

Another baby gundam update. This time it is Chouhi gundam, one of the two people that swear an oath of brotherhood in the Peach Garden with Ryuubi.

ok now it is time for the picture to do the talking lol.

Chouhi is a spear user so he use a spear type weapon.

There is a pair of blade on his back that can be combine to the spear.

Like the rest of the baby gundam it is easy to build take not more than 30 min or less for straight build, but the painting part is a different thing.

Cosmo Fleet Collection

now for some gashapon item. though only 1 box to see the rest you can visit Shewbury land. there are 5 possible fleet to be collect from this gashapon, and from what i read there are 5 box in 1 big box so meaning if you got 2 box that have the same then that mean you cant collect it all in 1 big box. though if you want to display them all you need 6 of them.

confuse? don’t be, all will be clear later trust me hahaha.

this gashapon is not made by Bandai, even though it is a gundam product. instead it is manufacture by Mega House.

inside the box you will get the the fleet with a mobile suit, some part, a display stand and also manual.

the stand is printed with the fleet name and also picture of it.

the fleet is cover with a hard plastic to prevent from damage to it.

personally i like to call this a motorbike than a fleet because it look like a motorbike. the cannon part need to be assemble but due to this item is a gashapon to some of the part was loose but that is no matter as i use the white glue (aka sperm glue due to how the glue look like lol) to fix that problem. now let look at the fleet after it been assemble.

the mobile suit that come with it. it is a ZM-S24G Gedlav.

now about the 6th fleet that i talk about early in this post. it is actually this fleet also but after part swap it look different. the part is also included with this fleet. after swap the part now it look a bit like a fleet than a motorbike lol.

finally thanks to david john for giving me the unopen box that he dont want. he actually give me two box but the other box is with my bro.

MG Ball

MG Ball the cheapest MG around lol. got this kit few month back but was lazy to build. only after a few month later i got the inspiration to build it hahaha.

this kit can consider as an HG kit instead of MG as it don't take long to build maybe that is why it is cheap lol.

here is the inner frame of the Ball.

now after a 2 hours later it become this.

if you don’t owe this kit then let me tell you in advance, no this kit is not original like that, it is suppose to be grayish color. if you owe this kit then you might know already lol.

what actually happen to the kit?? well i try to give it a rust effect so that why it is in that color lol.

some “Soot” effect. what is soot you ask?? well it is the black effect from the black smoke. for here is give it at the cannon part as the effect of the gun shoot something and also at the thruster there.

this kit also come with it own stand for display.

my version of nendoriod snow Miku

most of you might know that the snow Miku is a limited item and it cost a lot on online trading site like E-bay. so the snow Miku you will see is off cause the china fake nendo of snow Miku with a little twist from me hahaha.

so here is the snow Miku from me

the base of the nendo i make it cloudy to give it a snow feel lol.

did you notice the snow drawing on her hair is gone?? well i recolor all her hair that why it is gone and i replace it with a powder to give it a real snow look.

the same thing with her twin pigtail hair, give the powder on there also to give snow fall on her hair.

her frozen leak lol.

the thing i use to give the snow is non other then the Tamiya weathering set “B”

ps: yes i know the color on her twin pigtail hair on the inside not paint properly as i run out of my white paint to mix with the blue will get it fix as soon i can get my hand on the paint lol.

i only grab 2 of them ui and mio as both of them are my favorite k-on girl haha.

it come with a plastic wrapper with a seal. if the seal is broken don't buy it. sound like buying an easi card recharge card hahaha.

as of today 22 aug 2010 the ui talisman is out of stock in HLJ and mio is backorder. luckily i got mine pre-order last time hahaha.

sinanju WIP 2

after a long time here is the wip 2. so what basically change fro,m wip1 to wip2. the change is that now it got a 2 arm, from the dull black color i change to silver and the inner frame i paint it with the gun metal.

yup that all, feel kind of lazy this few week to continued it sigh. all the paint is apply with hand brush and paint a few of them already make me tired lol. ok enough of me ranting here, the picture is below.

in the end i kind of like the silver there then the black, it make it more brighter hahaha.

hope i got the energy to continue the sinanju tomorrow hahaha.
